Steven Hong, a student of Deborah Macauley, receives Presidential Cup from
OFMC State Junior Counselor Christy Smith for accumulating 90 festival points
by maintaining superior ratings over 13 consecutive years. This Presidential
Cup is the fourth given by OFMC, still the only state to have awarded a Presidential
Cup.
