INFORMATION ON COMPLETING

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

 

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years or younger may be a Junior Member.

TYPES OF CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

      ACTIVE: Members may participate in any of the Junior NFMC and OFMC activities as a group or as an individual.

      DUES: $36 for 20 members or less.

      $1.50 for each additional member.

        ASSOCIATE: Members may participate in any of the activities as a GROUP ONLY. (Choirs, orchestras, etc.)

        DUES: 50 members or less: $31

        51-100 members: $43

        101-200 members $55

        Each additional 100 $10

        TYPES OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS:

        JUNIOR SPECIAL: Non-club or associate member desiring solo or small ensemble entry in the Junior Music Festival.

        DUES: $15

        SENIOR SPECIAL: Teachers who are not members of a OFMC Senior Club.

            NFMC requires a teacher taking part or entering students in OFMC/NFMC activities to be a member of a federated senior club or to be a Senior Special member.

            DUES: $20.

            PUBLICATIONS:

            JUNIOR KEYNOTES: Quarterly. All active and associate clubs and Junior Special members receive one subscription each. Others pay $5 per subscription.

            ALL CLUB COUNSELORS AND TEACHERS MUST SUBSCRIBE.

            OHIO MUSIC CLUB NEWS: Quarterly. All active and associate junior clubs and Senior Special members receive a free subscription.

            MUSIC CLUB MAGAZINE: Published quarterly by NFMC.

            OHIO JUNIOR COMPOSERS’ BOOK: Published annually. All active and associate junior clubs and Senior Special members receive a free copy. Others pay $5 per copy.

            NOTE: JUNIOR KEYNOTES AND OHIO MUSIC CLUB NEWS SHOULD BE READ CAREFULLY AND PROMPTLY FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RULES, CHANGES, FESTIVAL DATES, ETC. RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP FORMS ARE PUBLISHED EACH AUGUST IN THE OHIO MUSIC CLUB NEWS. THEY WILL NOT BE SENT SEPARATELY TO INDIVIDUALS.
